State Mandated Opioid Requirement

This module consists of 4 hours of opioid/pain management webinars. This course will enhance your knowledge of opioid and non-opioid pain management, safe opioid prescribing and substance use treatment.  

Learning Objectives

  • Choose the most appropriate pain-management strategy for an individual patient
  • Educate patients about their pain to optimize safe and effective, multimodal treatment plans.
  • Recall the importance of routinely assessing pain, function, and adverse effects in patient.
  • Identify signs of opioid misuse and opioid use disorder.
