Dusty Lisi, MS, PharmD, BCPS
Dusty Lisi, MS, PharmD, BCPS, is a clinical pharmacy specialist in heart failure at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Her clinical and research interests include heart failure, anticoagulation, and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy. She also serves as a preceptor for the hospital’s postgraduate pharmacy residency program.
Dr. Lisi earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Grady Health System and previously worked as a prenatal genetic counselor.
A former faculty member at the PCOM School of Pharmacy, Dr. Lisi has experience spanning clinical practice, education, and research. Her current work focuses on the care of patients with heart failure, including advanced heart failure and LVAD therapy, while helping educate and train future pharmacists.
